1.3 ‘Kichose Flow’ refers to 24 months vehicle subscription program offered by Kichose Motors, which provides customers with access to a vehicle under a subscription arrangement including comprehensive insurance, vehicle tracking, mechanical and electrical warranty, and 24/7 roadside assistance, with an option to purchase the vehicle at any point.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By accessing the Website, submitting any form, or using any feature of the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of South Africa.

2.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and any other persons who access or use the Website for any purpose.

2.3 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

3.1 The Website is provided for information, enquiry, and application purposes related to the Kichose Flow vehicle subscription program and Kichose Motors’ vehicle dealership services.

4.2 All Kichose Flow applications are subject to individual credit and affordability assessment by Kichose Motors. Kichose Motors considers each application on its own merits, with particular attention to payment conduct, income, and affordability. Approval is not guaranteed.

4.3 The pre-qualification check does not constitute a credit enquiry and does not affect your credit profile.

4.4 All personal information submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (‘POPIA’).

5. KICHOSE FLOW — FINANCIAL PRODUCT

5.1 Kichose Flow is a 24 months vehicle subscription product offered by Kichose Motor Retail (Pty) Ltd. The product is subject to the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (‘NCA’) and related regulations.

5.2 The information on this Website relating to Kichose Flow is for general guidance only and does not constitute financial advice, credit advice, or any form of professional recommendation. You are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before entering into any financial arrangement.

5.3 Monthly subscription amounts, approval criteria, affordability assessments, and all product terms are determined by Kichose Motors on an individual basis and are subject to change. Actual amounts applicable to your application will be confirmed at the time of your assessment.

5.4 Kichose Motors subscribes to responsible credit practices and is committed to ensuring that all approved customers can comfortably afford their subscription commitment.
